Payments

Too Loose may be way too loose when it comes to working when the surfs up or drinking the last beer, but we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible standard of service. We want you to feel too loose in your threads- no pressure, no hassle and so we will do our best to resolve any queries.

Just do the PayPal thing.

VAT is included in the price of all goods and is charged at the current rate.

Refund / Exchange 

If you are displeased with any of our products, please contact us on the contact page to arrange an exchange or refund. We can’t can't accept returns if they have been worn or damaged and if you return the item to us within 7 days we will send an alternative choice or make a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Postage

Postage and packing is free for orders within the UK. For overseas orders please use the contact page and ask for details of shipping costs. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible, which usually takes up to 5 working days, but please allow up to 25.
